Story
Bit a diversion from the main plot concerning a reporter and he's efforts to get to the bottom of what has scarred a young child whos farther was a would be super villian. Hmm i dont really think 4 issues was needed to tell this story. 1 or 2 probably would have been fine. seemed that most of the time the pages were comcerned with the writers inner struggle as to wether he should be covering the kingpin trial or following his heart and getting to the bottom of the boys retardation. I dunno i dont think i want to read comics for tales of inner struggles and slow character studies, thats what i watch porn for. again probably would have been ok if it ddidnt go for so may issues, but even then it just would have been ok.

artwork was a big diversion over what has come before. i didnt really care for it personally. again made me feel like i wasnt reading a cominc.. and i dont mean that in a good im immeresed in this kind of way, i mean this in it looks like a crap art students attempts to be deep and meaningful.

I guess all this would hinge on if u felt any empathy toward the reporter or the child. I did not. did the reporter have any previous appreences? looked like he had a bit of a backstory but again i cant say i really cared about him or the child.
