Daredevil v2 09-15 – Parts of a hole

Story

I felt the story was a lil more balanced then the last if not quite as big. I think because it was a smaller story it hung togther a lot better there was not that lil bit of a let down in the end, it was a lil more consistent althought didnt reach the highs of the last DD arc. My main criticism of the story would be that nothing was all that suprising. Having Kingpin as the real murderer of echos dad etc was a bit cliched but still i guess served its purpose. All up tho i did enjoy the story though i felt issue 12 was a bit of a waste. Some of the timing did seem a bit off as well Foggy seemed to apparently put away 10 or so criminals/corrupt officials whicle Kingpic was roaming the sweres bleeding. That doesnt seem right to me it would take weeks/months to go through all those cases i cant imagine he would be raoming the sewers bleeding for that long. Unless ive missed something??

Artwork

Again i enjoyed the artwork (cept again for issue 12 which looked bland) I think i enjoyed most was when Echo would think and it would be like a childs drawning i thought that added somthing different and liked in some spopts they blened it in with the rest of the page.

Dialogue & Characterisation

i enjoyed most of the characters in this. the 2 sets of twins didnt leave much of an impression but i did like the echo character she gives a nice juxtapostion to DD. and the backstory on the Kingpin was good if a lil predictable all in all still enjoyable.
